TOWNS Foundation, Inc. is a national organization in the Philippines whose members are awardees of TOWNS’ flagship project, the triennial Search for The Outstanding Women in the Nations Service.

There are 189 TOWNS Awardees as of 2024. The first TOWNS Awards were given in 1974 when Lions International under District 310A Governor Manny “Gabby” Alino led the first Search. ̌In 1984, the awardees assumed leadership of the TOWNS Search with the establishment of the Association of TOWNS Awardees (renamed TOWNS Foundation Inc in 1993), as a not-for-profit, duly registered organization whose members undertake projects that harness the experience, skills and resources of its members to contribute to improving quality of life and act as catalysts for national development.
