TOWNS Foundation, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit foundation duly registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The organization is managed by its officers and board of trustees duly-elected every three (3) years. Its regular operations is handled by a secretariat. Operational funds come from members fees, donations and fund-raising activities. TOWNS Foundation, Inc. welcomes individual and corporate donations for its programs and activities in service to the nation and various communities.
