Cheche is the founding president of Probe Productions Inc. and Probe Media Foundation Inc (PMFI) and was also the host of The Probe Team, the Philippines’ first and longest – running investigative newsmagazine show. University professor turned broadcast journalist, Cheche first burst into the male-dominated media scene working with the American Broadcasting Corp. during the twilight of the Marcos dictatorship. She has won the respect of her peers and the public as a reporter and producer of pioneering television programs that received numerous local and international awards and are known for their factual content and high production value.
