Teresita Ang See is a social-activist who has worked for social cohesion and integration of the Chinese minority into mainstream Philippine society. She is the founding President of Kaisa Para Sa Kaunlaran, an organization of Tsinoys involved in development projects and social concerns that taps the full potentials of Tsinoys in nation-building. She has written extensively and given lectures on the Chinese in the Philippines in local and international fora. She serves as Executive Trustee of Kaisa Heritage Center, a repository of the historical and cultural legacy of the Tsinoys, which houses Bahay Tsinoy, the museum of the Chinese in Philippine life. She is better known as a peace and an anti-crime advocate who push for police and judicial reforms.
