Carmina Noela Aquino

Carmina Aquino has over 25 years of experience in directing and managing holistic programs in HIV/AIDS, reproductive health (RH) and adolescent and human sexuality and other infectious diseases. These programs supported community-based initiatives, advocacy and policy formulation, building public-private partnerships, strategic planning and social mobilization, donor collaboration and resource mobilization. She is currently Managing Director of the Center for Health Solutions and Innovations Philippines, Inc. She has served as Country Representative of the University Research Co., LLC and PATH; project director for public health programs on HIV/AIDS, behavior change communications and operations research and consultant for international development agencies. She is a medical doctor with post-graduate/doctoral units in counseling psychology. She continues to work with Filipino non-profit organizations.
