Lawyer. Professor. Public servant. Lelen served as CEO of Pag-IBIG Fund (2010-2017); was the first female Philosophy instructor in UP, having graduated summa cum laude and class valedictorian in 1989; has a Masters in Philosophy; was class salutatorian in UP law; practiced law in Quisumbing Torres, and was the chief lawyer of Procter & Gamble Philippines. In 2017, she established her independent practice in management consulting and legal advisory. She co-founded Katapult Digital, a global digital marketing agency. She also teaches in UP Law and is enrolled in the PhD Philosophy of UP. She volunteers as VP for Lay of the PHA (association of cardiologists), which collaboration has led to the passing of the “Samboy Lim/CPR law; legal adviser of PGH Cardiology Alumni Association; member of UP Law Alumni Foundation Board the ASC Technical Committee (self-regulatory body in the advertising industry).
