Carmina Bayombong
Carmina is the CEO and Co-Founder of InvestEd.ph. which provides education loans to financially disadvantaged learners at scale and currently has the biggest loan portfolio of low-income youth in the Philippines. She is an education finance expert in the region representing Asia in Qatar Government’s global debate on Student Loans. As a youth development champion, she has also trained more than 10,000 youth in topics of employment, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship, making social innovations and systemic change a reality, with a technology-focused approach. She pioneered projects & organizations in the issue areas of Women Empowerment, Education Access, and Good Governance.
