TOWNS Awardees

Doc Ging graduated class valedictorian in the UP College of Medicine; trained at the Philippine General Hospital for Internal Medicine and Rheumatology; then was invited to the Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles as a Visiting Postdoctoral Scientist. She is presently heading Philippine Vasculitis research and is involved in the UP Manila COVID-19 Study Group, aside from her research on autoimmune diseases. Her passion is geared towards the underserved, and she currently sits in the Board of the Sagip Buhay Medical Foundation, Board of the Asia Pacific Young Rheumatologists group, and is Vice President of the Hope for Lupus Foundation.
